The Santa, The Tree, The Turkey and Me by Hatched and Patched.  This is a fun project to stitch with simple applique and stitchery.  The wallhanging has all things to do with christmas with a little whimsy thrown in.  There are many images you could use again and again to not only make the wall hanging, but you could make bags, cushions, a naughty & nice list, pincushions, needlecases, and the list goes on....
